Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us, or use the "See Your House Clean" visualizer, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, property address, and (for the visualizer) a photo of your property. We also collect basic usage data automatically through analytics tools described below.
How we use quote and contact form information
Information submitted through our quote and contact forms is used solely to follow up with you about your project — to provide pricing, schedule service, and answer questions. We do not sell this information to third parties.
Visualizer photo handling
Photos you upload to the "See Your House Clean" tool are sent directly to a third-party image processing service (fal.ai) to generate your preview and are not stored by PSW — we keep no copy on our servers or in our database at any point. Uploads are limited to three per visit. We configure fal.ai to skip its default request-data storage entirely and to auto-expire the generated image on its servers within about a minute of creation, rather than relying on its standard retention period.
Analytics and advertising tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or ad platform settings.
Data storage and security
Form submissions are stored securely in our database provider (Supabase) and are only accessible to authorized PSW Exterior Solutions staff. [PLACEHOLDER: add data retention period.]
