House Washing
Vinyl, brick, and stucco siding accumulates dirt, mildew, and algae that pressure washing alone can damage. We use a soft wash process — low pressure with cleaning agents — to clean safely and thoroughly.

Our process
- 1
Protect
Landscaping, outdoor furniture, and fixtures near the house are covered or pre-rinsed so cleaning solution doesn't sit on plants or surfaces it isn't meant for.
- 2
Apply
A soft wash solution formulated to break down mildew, algae, and grime is applied at low pressure — the same low-pressure approach most siding manufacturers recommend.
- 3
Dwell
The solution dwells on the surface for several minutes to fully break down organic growth at the root, not just the visible surface layer.
- 4
Rinse & inspect
A low-pressure rinse removes the solution and lifted debris, then we walk every side of the house with you to confirm it's fully clean.

Frequently asked questions
Is soft washing safe for my siding?
Yes — soft washing uses low pressure specifically because high-pressure washing can crack, strip, or force water behind siding.
How long does a house wash take?
Most homes take two to four hours depending on size, siding material, and condition.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or grass?
We pre-rinse and cover landscaping near the house, and our solutions are formulated to be plant-safe when applied correctly and rinsed promptly.
Do you clean brick and stucco too, or just vinyl?
All three — brick and stucco just get a different dwell time and dilution than vinyl to match how porous the material is.
